Numenera Jade Colossus 2025-08-31

• The hand of fury is called such b/c it furiously moves up and down the Shaft of Excellence
• The Hand of Fury is known to incite violence in those near by it
• Floating black spheres appear to hover around Chunk and they faintly change colors
• k'Mort sees swirling synth knots inside the spheres
• k'Mort takes a picture of Chunk's balls
• We step out of the bus into some kind of clear think liquid that is cold to the touch
• We encounter a series of strange stalactites. They seem to change our moods as we look at them
• we enter a room containing a large hand about the size of a person made out of jade. Its smaller than the Hand of Fury that we've heard about
• I investigate some of the machines around the hand. They seem very old and scavenged already but once maybe were used to fuse materials together
• The hand suddenly collapses into a basin of yellowish liquid. The begins to dissolve. An imitation of the mouth replaces the hand in the basin.
• I reexamine the room and find a pyramid of vibrating stones. k'Mort finds a spinning pink disc of synth
• We have Chunk stand on it and he immediately disappears.
• Since I forgot to link senses I then send a bat through.
• The bat is teleported to a similar chamber with a purple crystal floating in the center. There are multiple other adventures and some unrecognizable creatures in the room as well that seem to be frozen in time. The bat is frozen as well but Chunk seems to be able to move freely
• I start to call out for Chunk to see if he can come back to us but as I do so we get the attention of some blob tentacle monster
