Peter's Notes
We continue our battle. Ezren uses gouging claw to strike. Freesia attacks with her rapier and keeps her shield up. Rickle also attacks with a rapier and creates a diversion to hide from a jinkin. Cho destroys an enemy, dealing 40 damage in a single swipe. The enemies are dead.
We disable the trap and head forwards. Eventually we have to abandon the cart due to difficult terrain. It continues to snow, despite being summer. We see a large mountain peak in the distance and head towards it to guide us to Cho's cousin, Anne Dooley.
We follow a more used side path instead of the main one, and Rickle scouts ahead. There is an odd smell, we notice. Cho goes up head to see what is happening. We watch him go up but then he suddenly disappears. He moves forward into "an encampment" with bright light.
There is a jinkin, bug monsters, a shaman, and the smell, says Cho. He says we should go in and fight. Freesia moves into the camp and distracts the creatures, while Rickle stealthily moves in and kills a goblin pyro. Ezren attempts to move the jinkin with wind, but its fortitude is too much. Cho pulls down a tower in his anger, then decapitates the Jinkin with 20 more damage in the attack.
Cloris desends her tower, fiddles with something in her bag, and begins chuckling to herself. Rickle charges her and starts to fall into a trap, but Cho saves him with a "get down Mr. President." Cho then grapples Cloris. We fudge some rolls and kill Cloris, eventually.
