Numenera Jade Colossus 2025-07-13

• k'Mort and I use midnight stones to bring a chunk of the colossus to life. We name it Chunk. It's level 2 creature
• Now back in Wrana's Way we take the long path to the exit
• We encounter a group of Aeon Priests who we convince to help mount the cannon onto the side of the bus in exchange for safe passage
• Carl tries to rob the head priest but he doesn't have any money
• He steals their bag and finds a locked book and 2 cyphers (Level 10 scanner and a Catholicon)
• Carl pushes Dorn down through the bus floor who then gets run over
• Carl slams his head against the wall to bloody himself. He tells us he was attacked and forced to push Dorn though the floor an under the bus
• We are suspicious but Carl offers to mind meld with Ludin to show him the exact memory of what happened.
• Unfortunately the artifact doesn't work and we aren't able to mind meld. Unbeknownst to Ludin Carl actually wiped away a memory of a time previously where Carl had murderous tendencies
