We find the village consumed in flame. Most of the inhabitants are burned to a crisp. We find one survivor who tells us about a big black monster who flew overhead and started speaking to the townspeople telepathically
He was asking for a dragon clan possession that was stolen. He mentions the Dragon's name is Mercia of Sherok
The survivor says that suddenly half the town started to attack the other, as if they were possessed while the creature burns the village. The creature sounds like it may be dragon kind but maybe not a dragon. Has 2 legs and 2 arms. Wings may have been attached to the arms
He mentioned another village nearby
Infaris lights the man on fire to give his soul to Our Lady of Perpetual Flame
We don't find anyone else in the rest of the village
There's a stone building still standing. The sign says "Molton's Forge"
Molton offers to reforge what remains of Seymore's amulet into something new. Infaris requests a new ring
Molton offers to make Ungvars axe turn people's blood into spiders or tell knock knock joke. Molton says this will come at a cost: Puppy or 10 innocent souls
Ungvar asks if souls from slaves he ran over with the worm counts but Molton says accidents don't count. He also mention's that Infaris does not need to pay due to her past actions.
Vapor sees a pair of glowing eyes inside the blacksmith's slack tub. It's Vapor's patron and commands him to accept help from Molton and to pay any price
Infaris' ring is already done. There are two phoenixes going up the sides, one with a crown and one wearing a helmet. Its obsidian with onyx gems for the phoenix eyes. It grants +1 to AC and +1d4 to all religion checks
